Don't like it? Simply return it...with no hassle, and we'll email you a prepaid return label. That's right...you can try any of our products on your own device for up to 30 days, and if you don't want to keep any, you can return it for a full refund. It's a zero-risk policy you can't resist!
We give you a full 30-day trial period from the date of shipment. If you're returning an item, please keep it in as close-to-new condition as possible, including all included accessories and the original box, if available.
If you need to return an item, please contact us and we'll send you a prepaid USPS label for you to print.
We recommend packing your package and sending it to a USPS office. The postal agent will issue a receipt as proof of shipping. Keep your receipt until your return is complete, and you're all set! We'll process your return as soon as your item arrives.
For us to process your return, your shipment must be registered with the USPS. If you're concerned about theft if your product is sent to USPS for pickup or left in a mailbox, we recommend dropping it off at any US Post Office. Once you receive their receipt as proof of shipment, you are not responsible for any potential loss or damage to your returned merchandise...the responsibility rests entirely with us.
